1. Combine onion, lime juice, and garlic in meals processor. Process till onion is finely minced. Transfer to massive resealable meals storage bag. Add cumin, oregano, thyme, and crimson pepper; knead bag till blended. Place hen in bag; press out air and seal. Turn to coat hen with marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes or as much as four hours, turning sometimes.
2. Spray grid with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct cooking. Remove hen from marinade; discard marinade. Place hen on grid. Grill 5 to 7 minutes on all sides over medium warmth, or till hen is now not pink in middle. Transfer to wash serving platter and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
