2. Combine rooster, cheese, egg, olives, oregano, black pepper, and remaining 1 clove garlic in giant bowl; combine properly. Shape combination into 4 patties.
three. Spray grill pan with nonstick cooking spray; warmth over medium-high warmth. Grill patties 5 to 7 minutes per aspect, or till cooked by (165°F).
four. Serve burgers with sauce and blended greens, if desired. Garnish with mint leaves.
